Warehouse looks pretty good! Shame about the price, hopefully we can negotiate a better rate..
It is a business after all and they'll be looking to get as much money out of us as possible. I think it would be awesome to look for an abandoned warehouse to make good or a warehouse to rent and make it our own. Anyway, i'll be down from 5ish and we can all discuss then. x
