What about chemical weld?? I'm not bothered to ever take the sprocket off again as it's just for a hack? Why wouldn't it work, have you ever even tried it?

Face, say hello to Mr.Tarmac. Is that a bit of blushing I'm seeing?

Not at all, If I'm running a brake it's reasonably safe, I understand that there will be a lot of shock force onto it, I just don't understand why it wouldn't work??? There's grooves in the hub and lockring for the adhesive chemicals to bite into. I've built up this bike for about 6 quid and all I need is a rear wheel and don't want to have too fork out. Its not my nice bike so I really couldn't care how it's built so long as it can take me from pub to pub in the winter!!

Turns out the crown of my alpina track forks doesn't have the epoxed in bolt as others apparently do
So it should be a simple case of drilling right though no?

Suggestions for beard trimmers please.
What brands do barbers use to tidy up edges? They always look small and metal and solid. I've only ever had enormous shitty plastic ones that go blunt after one use. Would ideally like one that could take different heads so I could vary the length of the beard at different areas. Less Brian Blessed, more George Bernard Shaw.
