  • Had same problem recently with a Rapha exchange after hearing nothing for a week and a half. Best bet is to phone them directly. Pete sorted my problem out immediately.
    Good service still at Rapha, second only to customer service at Torm.cc who reply to emails quickly and sort out problems within 24 hours.
