  • I'm sure there will be haters but this is nice

Frame looks ~~ nothing ~~ like a cannondale track.

  • Track ends look chunkier than a 'dale. No bad thing.

    Who's got details?

  • If it's the Pedal Consumption Kagero I'd try Pedal Consumption first.
Looks different, but I'm guessing it's cos it's the tiny one.

  • Yep. There's (not much) info at citygrounds.

The fork look like that used on the Dodici Gara.

  • re: fork - i was thinking bianchi concept

  • It's the ever popular 4ZA Ellyps again, aka Dolan/Alpina/Koga etc.

  • ^^ Have to say. With the matching fork and internal headset that is starting to look hawt. Lovely colour also.

  • I thought Nuknow might be interested in this but it only has a 55cm s/t

so? it has a toptube of 57 cm, which is much more importnatn dimension, esp considering toe overlaps etc

  • They all be stealing my custom Pelizzoli Leggenda design. I got it threadless with that fork. Hmm, I never posted pictures of it; they must've be spying around my house.

  • Custom Ti Fatback, with gates belt drive.

Makes sense. But as a member I could see the image, so I did'nt realise. I'm probably the only one who wants to see it though. So probably need'nt have fixed it.

    But meh.

  • ^^ It's given me the horn if that's any consolation.

  • Its porn to me. But I cant say I'd run such a bike, designed mainly to give floatation and traction, SS.

Still looks nice though. I'm looking to get that fork, hopefully in a tapered steerer version, when the tapered HT alu frame become available. Probably loads easier to just get the Salsa though.

  • I think I am going to buy a Moonlander.

  • I think I am going to buy a Moonlander.

I'm not sure I want a steel frame. Far too much salt used in on te west coast due to the unstable winters we have.

The Salsa is alu and uses a spacer to convert the rear end to offset. So you swap between off-set and non-off-set pretty easily.
The Fatback is non-off-set, but maybe the salsa spacer would fit it?

  • You make good points but I'm not sure how much rationality there is in this decision. I'm going to go look at Fatback prices again though.

  • that hillman is fantastic, i'd have gone with black pedals though

  • I think I am going to buy a Moonlander.

Not ideal for snow, but this is:
