The 'good date ideas' thread

just to balance the cynicism and apparent stingyness expressed here: i did once splash out on a charter flight from shoreham to le touguet for a lunch date. drove down in the morning, flew, ate, flew again then drove back to london. unfortunately that relationship didnt really go anywhere but we did have a great day out. funnily enough though, spontaneous and cheap dates seem to be more fun. go figure.
