Right... Many years of cycling in London and yesterday I finally decided to schedule training via Bikeworks. Going from their shiny new HQ on Cambridge Heath Road next Tuesday. Fingers crossed I get one of this forums many trainers (I believe some of you chaps and chapesses work out of that one do you not?) to iron out my by now well ingrained kinks. I'll report back once I've done some or all of my sessions. Mrs Wrongcog is going to do it too. She's pretty much a novice having not been on two wheels for absolutely ages. The comparison will be interesting...
