got the manifold off and other crap in the bay out of the way including radiator, bit of mess on top of old valley plate, cleaned up and swapped over. took off water pump and powersteering. can't take main pulley off till i drop auto. so went around to the back, dropped exhaust, then took ages to undo all the hard bolts on the axles and supporting diff. eventually out and pulled out the tail shaft.
hopefully tomorrow can refit diff with new urethane mount, drop auto and swap convertor, get back into engine stuff.
