Having finished the road bike. I'm now thinking of putting one of these together. My plan is to cut the duties of the current winterbike/commuter/load carrier bike to pure utility duties. As I've already added front panniers etc.
I'd like to use the On-one alu frame ideally, and I'd like to run a hub gear (alfine 11?). I'd have the same bar set-up of midge bars with bar end shifter and Tektro RL520s. The big job will be adding studs to the outer knobs of an endomorph. It would be amazing to ride around locals trails, and will proper piss off the nordic skiiers I imagine.
Just mentioned it to Mrs Smallfurry, and she thinks its a good idea, as at least it'd get a lot a use in our nasty climate.
