Omgz, Curry is unbelievable. But yes, my very 1st. I ususally don't feck around with stuff
I don't really understand, let's just say I needed all this time to understand cooking a curry.
Left the pot on the cooker for something stupid like 4hrs, slow heat.... The smell,
the taste, Indian sex in a pot.(<that sounds horrible) -

Really?!..., O Cantinho is my favorite Portuguese Rest. in London.... but I haven't been to Lisboa in Britxon. (Slain has recommended it though, will give it a go).

I don;t know what mine is, if you can call it anything, it's different every time. Got the recipe off a bangladeshi guy
- marinade meat the night before in whatever
- seal outside and chuck shallots/garlic in
- put spices in and cook them a bit. sometimes I chuck in a veg stock cube
- chuck some wine or brandy in and reduce it right down so it won't curdle number 5
- add loads of milk, let it reduce down, you will know when its done. supermarket milk works better than corner shop milk
that's it. I add tomato paste and yoghurt to change the colour sometimes
boom
- marinade meat the night before in whatever

MOC has decided that our entire set of meals for the next few weeks are based around what we can grill on it. He hasn't been like this since we got some decent knives (and only ate what was 'fun to chop' for two weeks)
I feel the meat sweats coming on. -

Is there a way of covering the griddle sort of like a webber bbq so you can roast/ grill at the same time?
If one was going to Hawksmoor for the first time, what should not be missed?
