Dished front wheel, additional weight for front wheel, additional weight for fork, expense in buying more freewheels, no easy fork replacement (for your preferred wheel) if your fork fails, moves towards a proprietary setup under the guise of "improving standards", potentially dangerous/simply unnecessary protrusions on bike, requires the same tyre type/size for front/back wheels to work effectively, more (uneven) force applied to front axle so it has to be stronger, looks lame, etc.
