    There's a place off Trafalgar square called Holditch who did my medal mounting. I'm sure they would do framing, or have a contact who would. Their website seems to be non-existent but last time I passed that way the shop was still there.

    A place I found online called Poppy Medal Framing looks ok, but I can't speak from experience about them.

    I used to do a bit of picture framing in my youth. Medals look tricky but are not that bad. Best practice is to sew the ribbon onto the mount, but many framers will use a hot glue gun. That is actually not as bad as it sounds, as a decent medal framer will replace the ribbon with brand new stuff anyway to make them look their best. Obviously, if they are hideously valuable VC's or whatever, they'll leave the ribbon alone, but for more common medals they will put new stuff on as the ribbons tend to discolour or get stained with brasso or silver polish.
