  • Same fork as my Koga (actually a 4ZA Ellyps, also found on Ridley Ovals as well as being rebadged as Alpina)

    They are a bugger to drill because the 'brake hole' has a steel screw threaded and glued into it. If you've ever tried to drill a hard screw out of a soft material you'll realise what the problem is. Even with a pillar drill, the bit is always trying to break out into the softer material.
