Just made a crustless baked cheesecake.
125g butter
250g sugar
5 eggs
vanilla essence
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons semolina
500g quark
lemon rind and bit of juice
pinch of salt
mix together with electric beaters, pour into a spring form lined with baking paper.
bake 130 degrees one hour
