I'll admit part of me wanting my bike to be lighter is for pose value. I don't have money to spend and I'm trying to get as many miles in as possible around my job. I've bought some Ultremo R tyres to replace my gatorskins so have saved 280 grams already. I'm going to save for a Sram Force groupset now, might take a couple of months but it's nice to have a target. It's not like I'll pay retail price for it anyway.
