Stripping paint and refinishing/repainting/powdercoating a bike

I'm going to get my frame powder coated. Theres a little car body/spray shop round the back of my house in Clapton and I was wondering what an average price would be to get this done somewhere? I don't want these fellas muggin' me off.

Looking back at old threads people are chatting around £45...but this could have changed now.

Armourtex up the road from you is extremely good. Sandblast and powdercoat for around £60-£70 depending on choice of paint etc. They know bikes.
