Rapha, nice but a bit pricey?

touring shorts I found a bit snug, especially around the upper leg - if you've got 'sprint' thighs I would go a size up if you want them to be regular fit. I'm a 34 in swerve, but had to go to 36 in the touring shorts, even then they're quite 'tailored'

They fabric has some stretch in it - it's sort of like a harder wearing version of the fabric the gillet is made from.

True. They are quite tight around the top. Great shorts though.
