  • Modestly I'd say these were a triumph. Made them last night. Fish balls - haddock, mash, garlic, chilli, lemongrass, chives and parsley. Heavy on the fish and seasoning. Through flour, egg then I used panko breadcrumbs for the first time to coat. No comparison in terms of crunch. Would use again. Then deep-fried, served with yoghurt and lemon sauce, plus peas.
