4hrs at 12hr race pace on the Kinesis yesterday (as it was supposed to rain).
7hrs out to Bicester, Buckingham, Aylesbury today on the TT bike, much slower due to all overpowering sense of "why the fuck am I doing this?! I wish I was on the couch watching a movie". It turned into a good ride but I totally gave up on any proper pacing.
