Poached are the best.
Also, 'warm' eggs... boil an egg for only about 3/4 minutes.
Poached:
• wide saucer pan with boiling water
• tbs white vinegar
• teasp salt
Let the water with vinegar and salt come to a boil (simmering), stir the water gently and chuck the egg inside,
carefull not to puncture the yolk. The vinegar will prevent the egg from spreading out, the stirring the water will
force the egg white to keep around the yolk. Can't go wrong with this, too easy.
