Impatiently waiting for the next 2hrs for my bag of chicken to finish marinating. Grrr
4 large chicken breasts
1tbsp Garlic paste
1tsp dried chilli flakes
50g pickled red jalapeno slices
1tbsp of tomato paste
Black pepper
Rosemary
50ml Water
(Fried on low heat)
Served up with a lightly salted cubed courgette and yellow pepper slices (oven 25-30mins) and chips.
