heres the breakdown in parts -

Frame- Cassia, indepentantly branded frame from Italy, very similar to the Cinelli Riviera frame 1970s. inc. headset and seatpost and BB (UN54). £40

other stuff now gone...

Blakey, as above- just the frame and the bits mentioned on the frame now available. Forks are dead. No chance of riding them the way they are. Can be included if you fancy repairing them...new forks would be the other option.

I've decided it's time to let my beautiful ALAN frame go. I've owned this frame for 2 years now but it has actually been wrapped and stored for the last 18 months, after being built and ridden just a couple of times.

I had this particular frameset built as a geared road bike before I stripped it down (see first pic), but I have owned numerous ALAN frames in the past so have included a couple of pics of my own personal bike to show how they look when converted to fixed/ss.

So, included in the sale is the following:

• Frame (ALAN Aluminium)

• Headset (Shimano 105) not pictured
  
• Stem (anodized black)
  
• Bars (brushed silver) not pictured

The stem and seatpost are both basically brand new and were ridden just a couple of times before the bike was stripped.

Size wise, I'm 5 foot 8 and the fit was perfect.

The price is £150 (reduced), and I'm based in the centre of town.

I'm looking for a frame set or a frame to build up, even a complete bike if the price is right. 57cm or bigger top tube would be nice, older frame would be preferable, Offer me up.

[]Pro Max V-brake set off a 2005 Mongoose Tyax Comp MTB. Light usage as were swapped for discs early on. No mounting bolts/cables, but otherwise complete - £8 (front and rear).
[]Spinner Grind 1 suspension forks from same Mongoose MTB. Alloy legs and crown 70mm travel w/ preload adjust. Basically cheap OTP forks - £10?
[]Pair 26" MTB wheels off said Mongoose. SRAM PG-830 11-32t 8sp freewheel, Alex SCE-17 32H rims. Pretty standard, nothing special. Will confirm they're still in good condition, but assuming all is well - £15?
[]FSA Maximus white riser bars. 31.8mm clamp, 40mm rise, 710mm width, 9° back sweep, 4° up sweep. Brand new - £10
[]Gusset Prison bars in white. 22.2mm clamp. A little scruffy but still OK - £7
[]Charge plug Freestyler (2010) which is a small I believe. Good condition, usual cable rub/wear and tear. Also included are headset, seat clamp and bottom bracket, seat post. I can include the two bolt on cable guides for running a rear brake cable if needed - £130.
[]Black Charge risers off above, with grips - £5
[]Black stem off above, about 50mm - £5
[]Black Charge bucket saddle - £5
[]Front and rear black Tektro calipers with levers off above (possibly with cables) - £20

Or, Charge frame/forks plus risers, stem, saddle and brake set for £150 - would only need wheels, cranks and pedals to get it on the road. Will give priority to someone wanting the whole lot. Would make a good polo whip I expect... I'd like to sell this ASAP so money talks!

I did the latter. Got myself an 80's Raleigh winner bike for £40 shipped. Everything except wheels. Fairly happy with that.

The Alan is still for sale :) It's not currently built though, it's wrapped in bubble-wrap for storage, but you're welcome to come and view it.

Hello, long time no speak for me on here.

Just got my Hoffman Scarab IL 2010 BMX up for sale.

Its a really great bike and i'm sad to have to see it go but marriage is beckoning me so sacrifices must be made (poor student etc.....). there are no mechanical issues with it and the only marks on it are stone scratches or chips from stacked jumps. it has never been kept outside and has had a clean since these pics were taken. more pictures can be found here http://www.flickr.com/photos/70146675@N02/with/6372639471/
