You missunderstood me. I said what's left there if they cannot be punished within the existing law system?
We all know that what Cammeron said about a full wrath of law etc. Is just A bullshit for the media. Not much will happen and there will be few custodial sentences.
You see, chavs (and also those hardened adult crimminals) know that there's fuck all authority can do to them.
