I think if you actually read my post you'll find you're wrong. I said that I dont favour any armed policing - but I was trying to understand the ambiguity between the reluctance of the police in Britain to use less lethal weapons such as water cannon, baton rounds and tear gas; and their use in northern Ireland, where the authorities have absolutely no qualms whatsoever on using them very early on in any civil disturbance, considering both groups of people should supposedly be equal under the law as citizens of the United Kingdom.
Its a slightly more complex argument, its a bit more difficult to get your head around than simple sniggering at a black woman looting a pound shop for food, so maybe you should just drop out of this thread and go back to your bebo page and writing in text speak to other morons if you cant be bothered engaging seriously.
