24hour turkish foodstore near me, next to all the smashed/looted shops on walworth road that got done over yesterday - tonight they had wooden boards up and ten, twelve turkish blokes just sat outside. good to see. i gave them a smile and a nod and considered stopping to give 'em a word of thanks/encouragement.
but i was headed to SE beers and i didn't know it was gonna be so "safey" so i wanted to be prompt as 4 of us were aiming to get there same time and i didn't want someone to be there first nervously guarding their bike for a while. as it turned out, we saw plenty popo and no would-be rioters
