one of the major problems here is that even if these people are caught they know they will get off virtually Scott free. As a teacher I can hand on heart say that we've been trying to tell people that this young generation has a minority that are out of control. Bad news is that the 8 9 10 year olds right now are potentially even worse.

My gf teaches special needs kids* in some of the most deprived areas of Lambeth... She tells stories about the conditions these kids live in that will make your fucking toes curl, most people are too wrapped up in their cosy little middle-class bubbles to know what the fuck is really going on right on their doorsteps... I agree with Tim, you ain't seen nothin' yet...
