I see this bike most days and aside from his usual undertaking cars on the inside, seeing how close he can get to a cyclist, today he overtook me just moments prior to the barrier at Chelsea Harbour and because he couldnt judge the width of his bike/panniers, he braked sharply to a standstill..... not sure how I didnt go into the back of him.... but aside from the obvious damage to Fr wheel/fork... almost wish I had.
