Took 1.40 off my PB 5k today. I'm still incredibly slow (by the standards of other people who've posted on here), but I've been running with an eye on finishing my runs without aches and pains (after early injuries when I first started in March) rather than speed. Knee felt fine for the entirety of the run today, so (assuming nothing sneaks up on me in the next few hours/day) maybe I can start working on speed now.
