I bought this frame for £15 via a couple of people on here, it was in pretty poor condition (bad paint work, seized bottom bracket/crank and seatpost) but I stripped the paint, removed the seized parts etc and got a neighbour to spray it for free.
Judging from the mudguard eyelets, average clearances and drilled rear brake (the former I must admit I removed) it looks to be a path not a track frame. It's quite light and has made for a good starting point for my first 'proper' build. Thanks to those that provided parts - still awaiting some better forks, chainring and a couple of other bits but for now I'm happy.
