Ive been running on and off for the last 8 years or so, but more recently ive been getting strange pains, especially top of the thigh, almost feels like pain where my joint between hip/femur. Ive also noticed increased amount of wear around the outer edge of my running shoes. Any ideas?
Talk to a chiropractor and get them to check the alignment of your spine. It's best to start high when it comes to running aches and injuries creeping up on you.
