Thursday Night - Hour of Power

24.1mph for 8 laps, then 10 minute break and a chat with brun, then ~21mph for another 4 laps. Could still walk this morning though so could have gone a little harder I think.
As I said though, dishonest. Wheel-sucking and duty-shirking.

You seemed to be doing your fair share when I saw you (aside from catching a black cab round the bottom) ;)

I had 2 exquisitely painful laps in the middle where I accidentally rode off from that group that we ended up with and it took longer than expected for them to catch up. Legs a bit creaky today.
