You're going to the wrong GP. Waiting four years for CBT? That's bonkers. For a psychotherapist, depending on demand/supply, not surprising. You get a full year of weekly sessions, for pete's sake!

We even went to a guy who was on telly. He refunded us some money, because couldn't help my wife much. They charge so much per hour, that - if you really had block bookings - you'd be better off than a GP.
