well not quite, "it'd be a major disappointment not to finish 4th or above" I believe to be the quote attributed. Which I think given the outlay (and there will be more) is a pretty fair statement of intent. It's not his usual rhetoric though, underpromise & overdeliver has generally been the mantra.
Pisiti stop picking out solo cretins and posting their remarks it's not working, every fanbase/group/generalistion has a few nutters/knuckledraggers/trolls even.
I'm sure if you show the link we'll see that clown getting shot down by the same fanbase. Everyone has an opinion but some of them are wrong and those people are grotesquely ugly.
I'm also sure I could find some retarded bluenose comments if I was bitter enough to bother
