    so you've got a manager wringing the best out of a squad that contains very few players that could be considered top four. He makes mistakes but still delivers the best couple of seasons you have had since black and white tv. Imagine being a Spurs player, staff member and turning up to the lane to play games and hearing you lot in the stands giving it the big one after the last two seasons. and you blame Harry for not bigging up the team! As for the youth squad approach, any manager that relies on a youth policy to bring success is committing suicide. Youth policies are a bit of a myth. invest lots of money in players that probably won't make it or buy players that have proven it. a no brainer. you can count the times youth policies have benefitted teams on one hand. Fergie got lucky with the Beckham crew. A once in a lifetime fluke.
