I think Redknapp can sometimes be a bit slow to identify issues, he also get his tactics wrong. There's lots of square pegging going on. For Example, when Bale was injured, Niko should have been played straight away, or even Danny Rose, however he always opts to get his favourites on the pitch.

He's never taken to getting on a step ladder and clipping crouch around the ear hole to tell him to stop giving away fouls in the final third of the pitch. He's never sent him to the gym so that he can put some power behind the ball either.

He's always slow at bringing in young players, and doing it right. He'd rather chuck the cheque book at it. Any young player that has emerged has been due to injuries. I don't think he's got the best team of coaches around him. They're a bit of a motley crew.

He's hugely lacking ambition now, and he's always covering his arse. on Sunday he said that Spurs weren't in the top 5. That's not what anyone wants to hear come the start of the season. I think the lack of courage / confidence shows even more as a player. These clearly troubled Modric, and it's being identified by transfer targets too. He's already saying I doubt we'll get a Europa league spot. why would Vucinic or Llorente or whoever else agree to that.

I'm not trying to say that I could do a better job, but I do think someone else could do a better job than Harry.

Jol was only a Lasagne away from getting Spurs into the Champions League, that was two 5th place finishes. Then Ramos, and we all know what happened there. Redknapp walked into a well constructed squad and got them achieving they level they should. I know someone out there could get them working harder, pushing further, and above all believing in themselves more.
