Dunno. debatable. I guess less ppls around afterwards...
but all the destruction would eventually lead to new construction after zombies have been taken care of. (construction equates to lots of resources)
Also, probs gonna have to burn all them zombies. not good for air quality innit.
but well up for a Zombie Breakout....
