Lets hope not, given that the hot road racing set up for 2011 is 23c on 23mm wide rims. Zipp actually recommend a 21c tyre for the latest 808 Firecrest, which is over 24mm wide at the periphery. I'm running 700x25 GP4000s on 22.5mm wide Salsa Delgado rims on my fixie skidder, but they blow up to just over 27mm when you spread them out on the bigger rim, compared with the skinny rims on which the nominal size is based.
