Right with regards to the competitive tagging my idea was to nominate a referee who could set up 'shop' in a central location all the competitors meet there then scatter to where ever they would like to make a tag but have to return in a set time limit, say 30 mins, this ensures that no tag is too far away.
Once they have got their tags the competitors return to the referee who uploads them all plus clues, the competitors then have to go and find as many of the other tags as they can in say.... 3 hours. Points to be awarded for the most tags collected, the tag that the fewest people have found etc.
