I can't see that anyone in this thread has plugged WMFU and specifically the show, 'Fool's Paradise' with Rex Doane that airs on Saturday afternoons. Can listen via the web though there is no podcast. They also archive past shows. Highly recommended for fans of 1960s trash, rockabilly, surf and various obscure sounds.
Rex's page is here
http://wfmu.org/FPWR/
and the archive is here:
http://www.wfmu.org/recentarchives.php
the show starts at 18:00 saturdays UK time. -

Fools Paradise, Cherry Blossom Clinic, Downtown Soulville with Mr. Fine Wine, Music to Spazz By.....etc etc etc! As New Yorker I am indeed biased. Biased yes, but my taste is impecable! Right on brother!

The Sonics at the Forum in Kentish Town. July 3. Tickets bought. Highly recommended. I saw them the last time they came through. I think it was their first show in Europe.
