The pain in the ass thing is that at Uni I used a variety of mediums so I've become a jack of all trades rather than an expert in one area, which is what I'm trying to do now.

Totally fine, just go as deep as you can, I'm sure there's lots of demand for people like that, small comapnies I'm thinking, but you never know.
