  • Managed to beat my 10k personal best yesterday - 53 minutes. (Park/Canal/Road) It was odd because I hadn't been running for over a week, didn't feel up to it, wasn't aiming to do it, even had a stitch for the most part (which is unusual for me) I just got over a third of the way and thought I'm making good time why not? Felt pretty good. Gonna aim for 50 next time.

    Pretty good, went on my first 10k run, done in 65 minutes and had the worse stitch ever (which was sorted after a drink of coke), 10 minutes over target.

    55 minutes is a normal target is it? least I'm 75kg now from 91kg.

    Maybe we should have a results board for us learner runners to spur us on?

    Liking the sound of that, give us some kind of motivation.
