I have this Frontiera with extended head and seat tubes which effectively make it 63cm x 59.5cm (ct x cc) cc seat tube is 56.5cm so loads of standover clearence, headtube is 20cm top to bottom. I guess the thinking behind this construction is that as well as extra standover a smaller frame is stiffer than a large frame.
Made from Columbus TSX it promises to be a great ride however the build quality is not the best, the rear dropouts are not very well finished and there is chrome missing from the forks. There is also a small crack by the seat lug, the seatpost was stuck and I reckon someone tried opening it up too aggresively, should not cause a problem imo. The paint is generally very good though and it has a Cinelli aero bb.
£100 posted.

Sadly, I'm going to be letting go of my 64cm Batavus Professional complete with Shimano 600 groupset due to lack of funds and a lack of riding it. Recently serviced at Fitzrovia Bicycles, as bought on here a few months ago:

Got a frame sorted, but now I'm looking for a project.
So, an (interesting) steel frame around 62/63 cm, bad paint or not would be perfect.
Anything?

I've got this
Bob Jackson, 120 spaced, very light and a really nice ride. Was going to turn it into a fixed/cx/beater, but don't really have room.
It's a 62ctc.
Paint has "a nice patina" plus a fair few scratches.
No dents, no dings.
Like I said wasn't really looking to sell it, but could use some coins and some space.
Let me know if it's of any interest.
