As a DIY bike made from Chinese parts, I expected this to be around the £80-mark. If those wheels are assembled in China then I wouldn't expect them to keep true for long.
I think your pricing is off, and if you aren't making a massive margin on that price then reconsider your supplier.
It's already been pointed out that you can get ready-made bikes elsewhere that will have reasonable after-sales service.
