I've just bought a Charge Scissor frame from Evans for £130, trick fork for £80, good FSA Pig headset for £30. Second hand cranks, stem, seatpost and saddle. Wheels - cheap but solid hand made Weinmanns for let's say £70. Seems a better deal.
