rear ended on seven sisters rd tuesday evening, not sure how I ended up banging my shoulder but I do remember my head hitting the deck, helmet was binned at the hospital by staff I assume, but the paramedic said it wouldn't be of use again. Regarding collar bone he speculated that my shoulder took the brunt and the shockwave ended up in a break in the middle of the clavicle. From reading this thread, looks like it's the best place to be. police got all the drivers details (I have them) but not sure if anyone witnessed it, although at least 2 people were very helpful. Unfortunately i didn't get their names as the pain was starting to kick in. I've read the other threads, and I do have case number and policemans name - anything else, do i need a solicitor to handle it?
