Whatever you do **DO NOT INSURE WITH RBS HOME INSURANCE **we've had a terrible time with them. The bikes are supposed to be covered on the home insurance policy up to £450 when we called up to put our specific bikes on the policy that were worth more than £450 the chap told us they were covered under single item cover of up to £1500. When two bikes were no-more thanks to a bike theif they refused to pay out anything at all! Not even the £450 that any old bikes are supposed to be covered for.
On top of that you are treated by them like a criminal. All smiles when they are taking your premium but as soon as you want to make a claim they treat you like an insurance fraudster. Without a doubt the worst service I have ever paid for in my life.
AVOID RBS INSURANCE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
