I have been totally unimpressed by duty free prices within the last x1 year or so. Often, they're not too different from buying through well priced online retailers.
The best-priced EU airport seems to be Frankfurt (with a mahoosive humidor). Zurich is pretty good too.
Terminal 5 at H'Row is well stocked, but prices are only decent if you're heading to non-EU destinations.
