Can't ride tonight, but I'm heading out tomorrow, probably around 10am for 90-120mins fast (c18mph average). Need to do some aerobic activity, so can't wait for people I'm afraid.

Surely not on 90 minute ones you don't. I can't be bothered with long plodding rides at the moment. They just make me feel like I have the flu for the rest of the day.

ANYWAY, anyone up for doing a circuit later/tonight? I'd like to get some miles in. Will have to take it easy as I'm feeling a bit fluey but desperate to get out the house and get used to this goddamn road bike. All the gear and no idea as they say.
