Can't ride tonight, but I'm heading out tomorrow, probably around 10am for 90-120mins fast (c18mph average). Need to do some aerobic activity, so can't wait for people I'm afraid.

dude i average like 16mph on training rides. wtf
-
• #330
Surely not on 90 minute ones you don't. I can't be bothered with long plodding rides at the moment. They just make me feel like I have the flu for the rest of the day.

Because I can cholo.
Also because Polo was mentioned, but it is really gayI think what he really means is "I'm not into polo but I haven't yet grown out of calling things that I don't like 'gay'"
-
• #344
Define 'gay'. In fact don't. You mean because it's not your thing/you're too scared/not skilled enough to give it a go means it's not good? scratches head
ANYWAY, anyone up for doing a circuit later/tonight? I'd like to get some miles in. Will have to take it easy as I'm feeling a bit fluey but desperate to get out the house and get used to this goddamn road bike. All the gear and no idea as they say.

Anyone ever ridden to Ludlow. Just watched a programme about it presented by (that wacko douche) Nicholas Crane. Looked pretty nice

-

So does anyone go out and ride their bikes? I'm talking 40 mile+ rather than a trip to the shop for some milk or twatting a ball with a big stick?
:)
done, although it might be a week or so before I can afford a train ticket to birmingham.
