Right. So. I broke my turbo trainer today. Not with pure leg power. But by overtightening the screw. You know, the bit that jams the the bit against the wheel? Anyway. Hilariously, my turbo is now set to FUCK YOU JENS. The turny bit no longer releases the tension, and actually comes off in my hand.
How do I fix this?
Does anyone have a spare I can use for a week please?
