You may not have been 'trying' to be racist, but you were. And so was Yeesh.
I care about the casual racism, but not that it may not be deliberate... It's still racism.
If your mum had a horse called Nigger it's because she was racist (regardless of whether it was 40 years ago or not). I had a 'Gollywog' doll when I was a kid. I can't avoid the fact that it was racist because it was. In hindsight it was wrong that they made them and I'm surprised that my parents went along with it. The fact that it was 'ok' at the time doesn't make it any less racist.
FYI Yeesh's comment was a joke. A racist one. Like the ones Davidson or Manning tell. And it's shit.
