@ all, thanks for the help- I'm going to go back to the thinking stage and just decide slowly.
I'm probably pissing off to cumbria this summer to work, so hopefully my budget at the end will be a bit better.
@chris- its more the arguments, currently living at the parents house- and its not worth it.
(and the ludicrous insurance).
-I have a friend who's got a mate who's got a garage, so might ask him to ask his mate... and see if I can get the golf fixed for less.
